Honestly, I have never loved going to dealerships and buying cars. It's next to having a root canal. Over the years, with numerous car purchases, its usually an unpleasant, if not negative experience. The pressure, the tactics, the strategies, and most of all, the time. You think you will be there for 2 hours tops and it takes a half a day. I purchased a new Ram Truck at Boerne Dodge, and Aaron Solis had a very good demeanor and communication style. He made the experience pleasant from start to finish. I didn't feel the normal pressure, the normal maneuvering. He explained things well, and worked to get us the discounts I wanted (I had done my research). Roy, who handled our paperwork, was likewise excellent. Casual, quick, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I give them the highest marks for the experience I had buying my new Dodge Ram truck. And.... the truck is incredible.

3rd Vehicle that I've purchased from this dealership. Amanda and Dacoyea were amazing! Not to mention Cole, the Sales manager, that I gave a hard time lol.... With that being said, my experience was great AND TIMELY! I let them know that I had to get my kids so I didn't have time to sit for a long time. From vehicle selection to paperwork being signed.... I brought my truck in for service & repairs last week. My adviser was George. They keep my truck for a few days for repairs. George called me every day (sometimes a couple of times in a day) with an update on my truck. George is a great adviser, friendly polite profession and very knowledgeably with great communication skills. He made my experience talking to him even better than I expected. It is becoming all too rare these days to find a person that goes to such great lengths to satisfy its customers.

I drove three hours to find the best deal on a 2019 Ram 1500 in Texas. Boerne Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram had the best discounted prices and a good selection of trucks. My salesman, Mr. Tran was very helpful and made the car buying process run very smoothly. I was able to negotiate without feeling pressured, and felt I paid a good price for the truck and got a fair deal on my trade in. The most important thing is a drove my new truck home feeling happy and still feel happy a couple days later without buyers remorse. Mike in the service department did a great job. He found the parts that were needed to fix my air conditioner in one day and had my car ready by noon on the next day. He was also able to change my oil and do my State Inspection.
